    What’s your “uncomfortable” weight?

I usually like to hover around 180-185. I’m short as hell at 5’4” (somehow I shrunk, I was 5’5” for years and now somehow I’m 5’4”). Anyways, I’m currently sitting in the 195 range and I forgot how much it sucks when I get heavier than 185. Walking a flight of steps is a chore. Fucking the wife is a chore. Everything is a chore. Literally, this sucks. It’s not even like I’m a freak or anything, IDK how the monsters walk around 24/7/365 feeling like this. My one buddy is over 300lbs with 24” arms (and lean-pro level), I couldn’t imagine a day in his shoes lol. Assuming I’m the shortest dude on here probably what kind of body weight do you guys start to hate life at? I gotta drop back down to my normal, I don’t wanna do this any more lol

I'm 5'9"(currently.....hoping not to shrink) at about 182. If I get about 190 its starts to get a little rough......expirience the same.

5’9” & closing in on 240. Anything over 230 I start feeling it. 225-230 I’m ok with but I try to stay closer to 225.

5'7" I feel best around 175, when I was much younger I would get as heavy as 230.

I’m 5’7”. My heaviest has been 235 -240 range and I was miserable. Just like you said, everything was a chore. Walking up a flight of stairs was like a full hour of cardio or at least felt like it. I hang around 220 or 225 now and I feel pretty good

I'm 5'5" and currently 185ish at 47 years...anything over 195 I'm short on endurance 220 was horrible and I needed velcro shoes becauseI couldn't hold my breath long enough to tie my shoes...its tough holding my upper body up so I don't suffocate my wife at that weight...imagine being in the up pushup position for any amount of time...

I'm between 185-190 in this pic in June just prior to my auto wreck

180lbs is my sweet spot at 5'8 and anything more than that it gets uncomfortable for me.

I am 5'7" closing in on 50 years on this beautiful planet at around 167lbs now. When I start getting over 190, daily chores become a nuisance. At 210 I can not bend over to put on my shoes or even wash my own back.

I’m 5’10”. I’m good up to about 205lbs. Sitting at 198-200lbs right now. When I get over 200 I have to start using my cpap machine on the regular. Highest was 215lbs but it was a lot of water. I’d like to be 210-215 and cut. But it seems to be getting harder to add muscle now that I’m older.

I'm 5'11.5 and currently 265. I gotta downsize - just turned 58 recently with a 9 y.o kid to raise and one on the way. When I'm 240 I feel great with a spring in my step. Over 250 I start feeling sluggish, and now at 265 I ain't worth a fuq outside of the gym haha. The constant heavy snoring can't be good either. I got 4 weeks left on cycle and Ima downsize to 240 and STAY there - that's the plan.
