Good delts and traps. Your arms are shaped well and can potentially become huge. You are lean now for sure. What is your height and weight now, if you don't mind sharing?

                    Ha, nothing like a comeback.

How limited are you on what you can do?

I chose the artificial disk replacement instead of the fusion surgery. After 3 months I've been given a clean bill of health. However I'm still gonna take it easy for awhile.

Good decision. Honestly, after something like that I would treat it like a potential hazard and run some type of injury prevention training around it.

I have back problems but as long as I'm repping and still tearing down correctly, I stay good.

I had this same procedure back on 11/21. I am back to 100% with my lifts now, keep up with the neck stretches and rear delt work to maintain proper neck position and posture. Keep up the good work brother!

Those are great words of wisdom to keep close. It will be a long road but you will get it all back as muscle memory is your friend.
