    Having to do short of failure, 3/4 reps never stretched, and drop sets or partials to end and get some pump and soreness

        You can tell a different in the upper pec. I think if you dropped those shorts a little lower you would get more views. Lol

          YouTube? Just proving big abs when flexed look good in pics even though I have chuck Lidell iceman lazy abs otherwise

              It's mostly or completely off the bone so without surgery will never be close to where I was...I'm adapting and can make due now at 49 year in March and not competing again...lots of high rep slow rep myorep etc
