Coming along well, thanks for asking! My totals thus far are as follows (all personal records):
Press: 450
Squat: 545
Pull: 545 (did this on Monday)
I've got some strength training to get into the "groove" for squatting, but my knees have been very frustrating as of late. Entering my first competition in October, I'll be placed in the "Novice" class as I have never competed I should do rather well.Comment
