    here are two shots of me from 2 months ago. I think I was at 254 in these photos, but I cannot remember. I'm currently 251lbs. Just thought I'd share since I found these pic on my laptop

      My thighs are thick as hell, and my calves are cut @ 19.5"

      I've never really trained my legs up until last year (March) just after doing my first NPC competition where I weighed in @ 215lbs.

                      Coming along well, thanks for asking! My totals thus far are as follows (all personal records):

                      Press: 450
                      Squat: 545
                      Pull: 545 (did this on Monday)

                      I've got some strength training to get into the "groove" for squatting, but my knees have been very frustrating as of late. Entering my first competition in October, I'll be placed in the "Novice" class as I have never competed I should do rather well.
