I started using slin at 5 units with 6 out of the 7 meals I have on a 5 on 2 off and those being non training days Wed/Sunday I do not use slin on my last meal of the day wich is a protein shake with some carbs. I notice that I am much fuller and a litle stroger as well, personaly I see much better results using slin this way versus just po, and I am not getting fat, but my diet is pretty clean. This is done on a 4 wks on and 4 wks off.
I would defenatly not recomend using slin this way if someone is new to the game it could be deadly.
