well, right now im doing short but intense as hell workouts since i went natty i need more time to recuperate but ive always been a believer in high volume training.
this is my wheels routine.
1. Front Squats (Smith M)...2 X 4-6 REPS.
2 . Hacks ( feet wide open)....2 x 6-8 reps.
3. leg press ........feet together................2 x 12-15 rps.
4 .leg ex ............................2 x12...1 X 10 rps one leg at a time..
5.lying leg curls....................3 x 8
