water, protein blend consisting of (calcium caseinate and milk protein concentrate), natural flavors, cellulose gel. and some other things.
I have found these great to go along with a chicken breasts and oatmeal. simply drink half of the can to get an easy extra 10 grams of protein i addition to the 30 from the chicken breasts and save the other half for the next meal....god these things have saved me
