    MOTS-c: a promising PED

I was thinking of using it alone, w/o reta or other peptides. I am diabetic, so I could use reta, but my current meds work well and are cheap enough (here in Greece).

    MOTS-c: a promising PED

Has anyone tried this yet? I am thinking it might be useful for us older folks, since mitochondrial activity slows with age.

    2-2-2 method

Interesting analysis. Thanks for the link. In my situation, I am not on anything and don't want long training sessions anymore. After a year of doing nothing, I am easing back in slowly. Still, doing 2 upper/lower splits a week will allow me to do more sets while keeping the sessions short...

    2-2-2 method

It definitely makes sense for us older guys, especially if you also have injuries. I am just getting back to training after 1 year down from a broken foot and I will do something along these lines. Not new, just new here

Hi All, I am sure many of you know me from a few other select forums. I just got around to joining up here. I am currently living in Europe. Things related to the purpose of this forum are not so paranoid where I am, not ideal, but way better than in the US.
