    Saw palmetto

Who has a good brand of saw palmetto that works well.
Too many different types that contain different color powders.
What brand have you noticed that really works well?

Prostate, secondarily hair loss maybe. It's an (alleged) dht blocker.

Do you find this works, and do you know of any other good prostate supps? I've used stinging nettle root in the past, and that seemed to have a beneficial effect on my prostate (it's also supposed to block shbg), but I am looking for the best prostate regimen as it's an issue for me. Finasteride is said to be carcinogenic, not to mention that, as a man, it's not always pleasant to tank your dht levels. But I take 1 mg eod, and a little cialis ed.

Just haven’t been getting good results with what I’ve used recently.

Saw palmetto made my stool too mushy and difficult to clean up...it was like trying to wipe a sharpie tip...it just wouldn't stop

Never had that issue. Perhaps you could take it with some suma root powder. Suma is an adaptogen and actually aids in muscle recovery. However one of the sides is that it does firm the stool.

Maybe that’s why you aren’t seeing good results. Too bad no one will share what brand they use. Lmao
