    The number one thing to know about DC - Read the above posted article, 2 -3 tiems, and read the stickies in the doggPound on IM.com If you do not fully understand the program, you will fail and it will not work for you. You need to follow the rules on this one and keep your diet in check with the guidellines. I am a first hand account of what happens when you don't do this. My frist whirl at lasted 4 weeks, some people can hit 12! I even lost strenght in those 4 weeks on those exercises.
    AND please make sure you have a few years of good lifting experience first.
