its odd why not condense it to if you only had three ? squat ,dead lift and bench press ?
bodybuilding is fine tuning . the neck press for instance using more upper pecs then lower .the palms up grip and narrow for using more lower lats on pulldowns . im unsure on any exercises as being best just depends on what you are trying to build

I watched Jay Cutler train Eddie Hall on a youtube. It was really interesting that Jay was all about tge reps, the pump and targeting the muscle from different angles to hit different muscles within the same muscle group. Good stuff.
