Came across this tidbit in an old notebook from years ago.
Don't know where I got it from but I think it was an old 1970's Iron Man Magazine. Here goes...
"To get big," By Arnold
"To get big, you must get strong, one is not without the other!"
Basic Exercises:
Chest: bench, incline, D-Bell flyes
Back: chins, rows (T-Bar, seated cable, bent-over)
Shoulders: presses, press behind neck, laterals
Arms: Barbell & D-bell curls, triceps extensions, weighted dips
Legs: squats, leg presses, leg extentions, leg curls
"Use heavy weights and low reps for each exercise. Start with 12 reps (warm up), then 6 reps decreasing reps to just 1 rep each of the last 2 sets to failure each set. Rest between sets. Train each bodypart no more than 2 times a week."
