    I train 5 days per week.

    Olymp, I can only say that for myself, switching to working each muscle group once a week produced good gains for me. I have no scientific reports or articles to post here. I just know what I see in my mirror each day. I used to train everything three times per week and can tell you I saw very poor results.

    So have I answered your question? No. I'm simply stating what works for me.

          While on a cycle I like two days on then one off. Otherwise I train four days a week.

            I lift 4x's a week, but do aerobic activity 5-6x's. :bounceang
