    6:00- wake up and drink glass of water and take thermogenic coctail

    6:15-7:00- Medium paced cardio.

    7:10- Full Glass of Water

    8:00- Eat 1st Meal

    10:00-11:00- Train 2 bodyparts

    11:00- Whey Protein Drink with Dextrose/Maltodextrin and Creatine

    12:00- Chicken Breasts with half cup of white rice

    2:00- Go Into work as pharmacy technician and start planning next day's meals

    3:00- Chicken Breasts with California mix veggie's

    6:00- Get off of work and get home around five minutes later

    6:10- Chicken Breasts Over Spinach leaf salad and 2 tbsp olive oil

    7:30- Medium Cardio for 30 minutes and abs/oblique's

    8:00- Shower and Post on AnabolicReview

    9:00- Protein Mix Drink and 1 tbsp flax and Bed....

      During my cutting phase cardio medium paced walking is very effective and non-catabolic.

      I usually administer only morning cardio except on tuesday and thursdays which I add The evening cardio as well.

      During bulking I am an advocate of once a day light paced cardio as well. I believe doing a morning session of cardio really jump starts the day and creates a mindset that's ready to take on obstacles

        Do you eat other meats as well (Steak, fish, ect)?

          The chicken is interchanged with turkey, egg whites and other lean sources of meat. I supplement with flax with the meals that contain veggies and chicken only.
