been a lurker for a while but dont post much trying to get more active. Gotten great advice behind the scenes from a few people and very appreciative of that. My background was an ironman triathlete and that did more damage to my body than anything. I have gained about 40 lbs since then and just now starting to get some heavier weights. Funny how running and stuff makes you so weak. didnt think it was to bad for a 40 year old. Still got a long way to go.
