    I'll try to keep this up here. Good group of folk on this board and if I can help anyone, then it's all good. :headbange

    I'll back track from my Jungle Journal a couple of weeks and do my best to keep up (I'm lazy every where but under the bar...lol)

      + worked up to 495 raw for 1

      + put the shirt on and got 585, about an inch from touching right where I want it...I didn't have enough left to go heavier tonight but in a week and a half or so from now I'll throw up 6plus again.

      + dropped down to 545x2

      + finished up with 495x2

          Shitty bench day...not too big of a deal, but I had to stop very early because my right pec was cramping through out the whole workout and got a bit worse as the weight increased. I intended on working to a 3RM, but had to stop at 315.

          I know I haven't hurt the pec, so I think I'm just a bit dehydrated. I don't drink nearly as much water as I should so I'm pretty sure that was the problem tonight.
          I'll be sucking down water and gatorade over the next few days and see how the light day on Thursday feels. I'm sure it'll be fine, but we're getting close to the meet so it hopefully won't linger long.

          It's always something for my old ass...lol.

                      yes, of course. You have to...lol. I'm just keeping a bench journal, but I do have other training sessions, which are done at other times. On bench day, though, I pretty much just bench, unless I get a wild hair up my ass to do a little something extra, like some pec dec or flyes, but that's rare when I'm getting ready for a meet as I am now.
                      I do a lot of really heavy lat and tricep work on Tuesdays, the day after my heavier bench session for the week. I have a moderate weight squat/leg workout on Wednesday and biceps get hit on Fridays where I get lots of barbell and hammer curls in which I believe helps the biceps stablize the bar on the bench.

                        Do you mean for meets? If so, then yes. I had a complete bicep rupture a few years ago (man time flys) so I've been nervous about getting back to heavy deadlifts. This has given me an excuse to work exclusively at bench for comps....which I think has really paid off.

                        If you mean do I do other lifts in general? See my previous post in this thread. :headbange
