2018 NPC tournament of Champions.
This is a friend of mine from Church. 53 y.o. old. He manged 5th in middleweight. The picture doesn't do him justice. I saw him at the gym this morning and he looked incredible. Certainly motivation for us old timers.

You have to be under 176 at middleweight. Seeing him this morning I would say his walk around weight is 190 or more and he is still cut. He is about my height which is 5'8". Funny we weight the same but he looked so much better than me this morning, it was almost embarrassing.
