My new training

I have health issues and work out differently.
I still do slow cardio every morning (stationary bike), lift light weights 3 times a week and do 3 hours of yoga and 50 min mobility training a week.

I need to change my diet because being vegan I have a deficiency in iron, B and D vitamins.

Be careful with the vitamins MG. Let your Dr advise you on dosages if possible. I think we all have health issues on this geriatric board. Both my shoulders are shot, stage 3B kidney disease, balls shut down completely. Lol. We are the walking wounded around here.

I saw a specialist in longevity and he took blood and gave me a script for those vitamins.
