Some of the best forearms in history have belonged to Big B, Sergio Oliva, Casey Viator, Mike Mentzer, Gunnar Rosbo, Dorian Yates, Lee Priest, Frank McGrath, Roelly Winklaar, and hate to say it, Phil Heath. Phil has the meatiest TOP part of forearm I have ever seen - shit looks PS'ed. IMO, I would have to give top honors to - a tie actually bewteen Priest and Roelly.
