    On the other hand, while this method will give quality size gains with definition and muscularity, it is not necessarily good for fat loss. I don't do cardio except for take walks and run around and shoot hoops on the basketball court with my two-year old son. Oddly, that does slim me down but too much cardio will cause me to lose gains, so I'm looking for away to "hack" the fat loss process. Although then again, isn't everyone? If you can find a way to burn fat without doing a bunch of bullshit cardio, you'd make a billion dollars. I like running stairs but "jogging" is for people who get murdered in Central Park and end up getting found with their feet sticking out of the bushes on a show like Unsolved Mysteries.
    Very interested in your pre and post wo protocol and doses. Can you reveal in detail how you admin for both? Thanks brotha.

      Well, I just pin 10 iu of humalog and however much gh - anywhere from 1.5 iu to 3, pre-workout and then the same doses immediately after (like, seconds after, when the blood is still in the muscle). If you have your carbs, whey, aminos continuously saturating your body while pumping as much blood into whatever body part you're training, you create the conditions for optimal growth. Another thing that I find helps: earlier on training days, eat a huge dirty meal with salt, like pizza or Mexican food. Then have a smaller, healthier meal right before training. Strength and size and enthusiasm will go up. Sometimes just waking up and eating casein, egg whites, and oats before training can make me feel like I haven't eaten enough/look flat. Obviously if you're cutting and plan to spend your workout taking ab selfies for whatever social media site the Kids are using today, then I'd keep it cleaner but dirty meals and being nice and full can help you grow.

        Thank you my friend. Just a quick question about GH and slin. In my research I have always read that you want to administer your GH when insulin and glucose levels are low. Doing that makes GH more effective. Why the protocol of those two together? Thanks again.

          That’s only for optimal fat loss effects from hgh. Hgh and insulin work synergistically for muscle growth when taken together. I used to care why. Now I care what works. Muscle growth- together. Fat loss- separate. It’s what all the competitive BB do and have done for years, cause it works.

              So I looked this stuff up finally. It basically allows your body to use more fat for energy than glycogen. Something like 20% more than normal when the muscle is saturated with L-carn. Which will increase lipolysis and because you are using less glycogen your muscles stay fuller and get better pumps. Your just using the insulin to saturate your muscle faster. Sounds like you only need 1-2ius or insulin to do so. But basically once your muscle are saturated it’s an all day change. So timing it isn’t important. Just need to take it when you take your short acting insulin. Warrang taking all at same time should work fine. Definitely let us know how it works for you (for fat loss). Should be a good reference for us since you aren’t changing anything else. Keep us posted brother.
