Thought I would updated this thread with a picture. Life is incredibly busy right now, from having to deal with severe employee shortages, which still has me working 7 days a week right now with no days off, to the young kids here at home. Health is good, so training is on point and most importantly my A1c is at a 5 and under. For those of you who may not know I am a type 1 diabetic...

And the kicker...just about to hit 50 in a few weeks.
