Ive been taking it for about 1 year now and Im not quite sure if it does anything because i dont remember what it was like without it. Ill just continue using it just in case. I use 20g per day right now. In 5g servings. Morning, before and after working out and before bed. I still take 20g on non-training days also.Comment
