    A Day in the Life of........YOU!

    Post up everything you do in a typical day....wake-up, feedings, when you train, and outside of gymbro'ish stuff.

    I typically wake-up at 5-5:30am, shit/shave/shower/take my pills...and maybe do some cardio.

    Leave around 7'sih to drop the kiddo of at my dad's around 7:30-7:40.

    8am - work begins and I try to get some things done while posting on the boards all day...lol!

    10am usually get around to my first meal - usually a protein shake of sort.

    1pm-2pm: lunch for an hour.

    4pm'ish, have another snack/meal.

    5-5:30pm - off from work. Then drive over to pick the kiddo up from grandpa's. ****I've been off from the gym since December, but i'm gonna start heading over soon at this time hopefully and either take the kiddo to the kids center at the gym, or his mama will pick him up.

    Around 5:30'ish, i'll either head home or hit up costco.

    Around 7-8'ish, i'll have dinner. Then play with my son, do some yard and house work. This all depends on the time of year and how much daylight I get and also the time before my son goes to sleep.

    Between 8-11pm, i'll be cooking another snack, getting my food done for the next day, getting clothes ready, shower, etc. Then oce done with that, i'll post on the boards and watch some shows I dvr'd and hopefully try and fall asleep before midnight if possible. I'll sometimes ride the stationary bike while watching my dvr'd shows.

    I normally get up at 5am, shower. shave,eat, etc.
    Watch the morning news. Take my son to work at 7am then hit the gym. It varies as to what i do the rest of the day.

      11:00-3:00 Party

        My days don't have nearly enough routine in them to make a post. I eat I train I work I play and it's all jumbled together like a three ring cluster fuck.

            5:00 wake up, piss, dressed, eat, take meds, pack up lunch
            5:30 leave
            6:00 at work. Unlock tool trailer, depending on where I'm at, go over my list for the day, drink some coffee, .make sure there's no trash lying around
            7:00 getting subs situated and working. I work alongside each crew working for a few hours each day to expedite things.
            9:00 eat
            12:00 eat
            3:00 eat
            5-6:00 usually leave for home.
            6:30-7:00ish weight train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday leg day
            I usually cook my meals while I'm working out, or after I train.
            Then it's eat, prepare meals for tomorrow, do dishes, shower, I might watch tv for an hour but try to pick one of my guitars or clean one of my guns or else I'll fall asleep.
            Go to bed no later than 10 but try to get to bed by 9.
            See my old lady around 12:45 or so then go back to sleep.
            I forgot to add my 9:00 pm meal right before bed.

              Wake up around 10. Eat, play with my son, play on the PC, go pump iron, eat, rest, play with my son, play on the comp, eat, play with my son, watch tv or play on the comp, crash around 2. It's rough being retired.

                    Get up at 7. cook breakfast for me and the woman.

                    Go to work. Bust ass all day, deal with idiots, and fix crap. Atleast for the past month.

                    Shake at 10.

                    Lunch at 1

                    dinner at 4

                    2nd dinner at 7

                    hit the gym

                    shake after w/0

                    can of tuna or chicken breast before bed.

                      Got a job underground gold mining. Thats what I did for 13 years before I went into business. Been back for 6 months now. Day shifts I wake up at 3am, leave home at 350am.Long drive out there, work starts at 6am-6pm. Home at 7pm. 7 days in a row followed by 7 days off. Schedule repeats itself 7 night shifts. Blah. I train sometimes when I get home for 30 minutes. Mostly just on days off.
