    V Shred

    I get on YouTube often and several times I see the ad for this dude who says to take the quiz to see what your body type is and the best way to lose weight.
    Of course you end up having to pay to see the results but I want to know if anyone has actually done it. Does it have good info or is it just fluff?

      I think the guy is just out to make a buck. I’ve never tried it, just my opinion.

                      He's marketing, not just educating. Funny thing is, YT personalities (aka influencers) with a lot of followers make money from YT. Give that the guy also is a trainer, I can see how side sales can help to pay for a nice life-style. Caveat emptor, as always.
