OTC Supplements for bloating/water retention

Any luck with any vitaminshoppe/gnc-type available supps that help keep bloating or water retention down? Something that can be dosed daily as part of a regular routine for longer use?

uva ursi is very good and dandelion root is also good.
Both are available on Amazon.

Does uva ursi help with water retention?
Uva Ursi contains arbutin and hydroquinone, which both have antibacterial properties. The herb also contains tannins, which help reduce inflammation and swelling, and it has diuretic properties that help reduce water retention.Dec 29, 2022IMO Uva Usi is best Dandelion root is also pretty good.
