          I had my 2nd session of circuit training on those hype Technogym machines on Saturday.
          2 rounds of 20 reps of chest press, seated rows, lat pulldowns, leg curls, leg extensions, leg press, ab curls.

          On the other days I did 75 min of fasted cardio before going to the animal rescue.

              My biorhythms are ....ed. I have zero energy during the day, am sleepy but at 5pm and through the night I’m the Energizer bunny.

              Yesterday I did 60 min fasted cardio followed by my shift at the animal rescue and a circuit training in the afternoon.

              Ab crunches
              Seated rows
              Lat pulldowns
              Leg curls
              Leg extensions
              Leg press
              Back extensions

              Today (Sunday)

              60 minutes fasted cardio

              Followed by my shift at the animal rescue.

                In the evening I had tachycardia during more than 2 hours. Scary.

                  TToday I did 63 minutes fasted cardio (arm bicycle).
                  Then I went to the animal shelter and at 2pm I went to the gym for a warm up of 20 min on the treadmill and a circuit training of 2 rounds of 20 reps of

                  Seated rows
                  Chest press
                  Ab curls
                  Back extensions
                  Lat pulldowns
                  Leg curls
                  Leg press
                  Leg extensions

                  Tomorrow I will be on my feet all day at the fair so no workout

                        I still do 60 to 80mim of cardio every morning and twice a week I hit the gym to do 2 rounds of 20 reps of

                        Next week will be my last session and I will know if my weight, body composition and so on have changed.

                          Today I skipped the fasted cardio and hit the gym at 9am.

                          25 min treadmill 10% incline, speed 6 km/h, 200 cals burned,

                          Seated rows
                          Chest press
                          Back extensions
                          Ab curls
                          Leg extensions
                          Leg curls
                          Leg press

                          According to the Technogym computer I trained like an athlete and burnt 407 cals.

                              No you’re not … it’s just that I’m an Energizer bunny like some guys call me.

                              Yesterday was 5 kilometers on the treadmill and a boot camp workout.

                              Today

                              And at 9:30 an abs/legs workout (calf raises, lateral leg lifts, lunges, squats, sumo squats, plank, scissors, crunches, elbow to knee, window wipers).
