Hi All,
It's been a while since I've been on the forum here, almost 2 years actually. I was a fairly active member and intend on being exactly that once again.
Me:
47 yrs old
5' 8"
178lbs
~9%BF
4 kids
live in rural NC, not too far from civilization though
I'm down to 1 dog now, my pit. Used to have him and 2 rhodesian ridgebacks (get the connection???)
spent ~ 4 years in southern and eastern Africa, based in Zimbabwe
I've run a few cycles in the past and have weighed 202lbs at my max. With my job, family commitments and personal goals, I plan on staying right where I am now… lean and muscular, but not huge. I am still on a legit HRT of 100mg/wk and have added var and/or mast late spring & summer in the last couple of years.
I'll be glad to help where and when I can. I am no expert on big, heavy cycling, but definitely know quite a bit about nutrition, training and general AAS knowledge.
