Nice, maybe switch up the ab routine to shock the muscles. Very slow concentrated contractions or even just long sustained contractions till exhaustion.
For the ribs, pull downs, front / back / close, any and all. Just really concentrate on pulling from your rib area as well as with the lats, not the arms.

maybe wanna throw in some bent over bar rolls..love those....
or some incline bench pulls with dumb bells(lay on your stomach on an incline bench and pull up kinda like a reverse bench pressComment
