Hi all! I’ve been training off and on for around 20 years. Three years ago I entered into the realm of bodybuilding. I’ve been learning and growing ever since. I’m 6’ 3” and currently about 230lbs. My goal for the next 6 months is to gain 10-12lbs.. Excited to learn new ways to train, eat and get Big. A fella named Darkness sent me here, thought I might fit in, do you know him??
