11 more pounds in 14 weeks. Not hard at all. Infact it'll be easy. clen and t3..... I can keep lifting quite heavy.

10 pounds/ ten weeks. Muscle is progressing so damn good I contemplated competing middle weight! won't do it though. Pic's commin soon. (Gotta hit the tanner first)
