    ITPP, Cardarine, etc. and Conditioning

Curious if taking anything like ITPP, Cardarine, etc. ends up preventing conditioning that would have otherwise happened from happening? For example, with ITPP, it makes a huge difference in my breathing, so all of those adaptations that would normally happen without it... do those still happen? Or am I just making myself dependent on another substance for better performance? Does the exertion still raise the overall baseline or just sideline it altogether due to being "enhanced"? My gut is telling me the conditioning does not happen, as all I have ever known is the body will not adapt unless it is under stress. The higher the stress (to a point), the more it adapts. So if substances like those above make things easier, there is less stress. Everything has a price. It's probably good I can no longer get ITPP, and Cardarine stopped working pretty early on.
