No, not really at all. Very small jointed structure. Body weight is around 175lbs.

Started around 22-23 yrs old, and I’m now 35. Was off and on in earlier years not as consistent. Towards later 20s early 30s stayed consistent and always at least running test. I was blessed still able to have 2 beautiful daughters during this time frame. I had a few relapses during this time period mainly early years but it’s this fitness/bodybuilding/health lifestyle that’s been a “God send” and life changer for me. It’s helped me turn my life around and stay in the right track.
