Also it is a tincture and you need to keep it in your mouth for like 30 seconds I'm assuming with all that alcohol in it is the main way of absorption

I was thinking same thing but if you are suppose to hold it under your tongue it is probably designed to be absorbed straight into bloodstream thru blood vessels in tongue bypassing the stomach. But how much is actually absorbed may very person to person I would imagine.
