39. I did my first prohorom cycle at 20. Have me gyno right away. Did steroids later that year. Was on and off till about 11 years ago. Got off had my son been on hrt ever since. Worse decision of my life. Well one of them. Wish I stayed clean till I just needed hrt. Probably took 15 to 20 years off the end of my life maybe more who knows. The dumb shit we do to impress ourselves. Now I don't know a life with out help in the gym

Started early 30s....
Now mid 50s... Roughly 13, 14 yrs in I used to cycle time on,,, more time off. Then it kinda became 'on' most of the year but in early spring and fall taking atleast 6 weeks off. More recently tho, as I get older, time off is much harder for me. So now it'll be a blast then down to a low cruise. Can't beat father time and your body's chemistry. It needs what it needs especially when we get older...

I'm 46. Started running cycles when I was 27. Around 35 I started running really long cycles, and then eventually just never came off. Currently running a low dose of 200mg test/ week and adjusting to feeling "mortal" for the first time in over a decade
