        Hell, you may as well do another show. I didn't realize you did any when you were younger. Just the more recent.

              You look great. But you know that. People dont believe I'm 66. But the grey hail and beard does give a hint. Lol. Weight training is the fountain of youth for sure.

                  Yeah I was active in bodybuilding in college and in my 20's but then stopped competing and eventually stopped lifting entirely for about twenty years. I think we first met when I was in my forties and just starting back lifting again, and then you were there encouraging me for my first "adult" show in the over 50 class. Time goes by quickly.....
