    thanks for accepting me. Im not here to dig in on your guys resources. Im here too learn and if any situations I've personally gone through can give insight even better. Im 31yrs old 6ft 1 about 190ish right now. I used to walk around at 212-217lbs lean. For about 8-10 months i ran very low test 100-125mgs a week. Peptides hcg and frag nolvadex and heavy heavy heavy cardio for those 8-10 months. Was only at gym 3 days a week doing bands with a lil.eight not much. Got down too 175lbs im just hoping back on. Its like a restart.
