Im not sure if BOP is still around.I left after it got hacked and was invited to Steroids.is.Im not sure what happened there either....so here i am.Im not much of a social media guy so I only involve myself in one forum at a time.Im 46,married,3 kids and operations manager for a logistics contract carrier.Hit the gym 2 to 3 hours a night and just try to stay out of the bullshit.Peak-muscle and its members seem to be a good fit for that.Stats are 6'5 230lbs and 22%BF.Thanks to all for the warm welcome
