A Quick 25 min 3 Day Meal Prep
Stop making it hard mates. Any bodybuilder should know this.
1. 3-4 or 5 lbs ground Turkey or Beef 2. Bag or bags of Green Pepper, yelllow Onions ect. (This all comes in one bag at your Super market. 3. Get a Xl Pan and cook this up. Adjust size of food towards your goals. Save money on buying food preps. Lot cheaper You can also get squash and zucchini to add as a side. You can also mix the meat in a salad with ranch dressing. Hook up with EG and watch your gains to new lean muscle. |
