Oh yes definitely. I've torn both knees playing football as a kid and was too proud to fix them so both kneecaps are hanging by threads to the tendons now so I use sleeves to keep them stable when squatting or doing deads. I see knee replacement in the next 5-10 years.

My tris are quick responders but lately my shoulders are finally just getting to grow, especially my left one as I damaged the rotator 2 years ago and just recently had no pain in holding bars or even doing rotations with broom stick.“You take the blue pill — the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.
