nice so just 50 mcg of t3. I hear people using 100 mcg and some even 150 mcg if i remember reading Big A's cutting article . How did u pyramid down? same way u pyramided up?? or you plan on staying on t3 for a while?? I heard some competitors stay on it year round, taht way they can eat junk and not get fat? is there any truth to that??Comment

i do it for 12 weeks like i described it above...what other people use or what bigA 's think thats their business..i dont pyramid anything...as far as junk food i dont eat any when im dieting maybe a cheat meal once per week ( not a huge one ,moderate one like intead of a whole pizza i just 5 -6 slices to up my cals a bit that day and kick start my metabolism) during the first 5-6 weeks then it's on...you dont wanna fuck with T3 too much nor for longer periods of timeComment

and Exactly..... 50mcg was the most i took and only for 5-6 weeks..i also kept clen higher at 100mcg since it's anti-catabolic...also rotating carbs, on some days i even went 80-10-10 carb -pro-fats but for 1 day or 2 no more...it's tricky..after all these years i've gotten to know my body to perfection..i know exactly how it's gonna react if i add a bit of this or take off a bit of that..Ive tried all diets, training..well, most of them..lol..i finally figured out what really works for me ..a lot of trial and errors...i tell ya this if u dont try new things in life other than what u think works or know you haven't nor won't learn a thing.Comment
