Powerlifter, first time on aas, second week Into var, feeling good x I'm 5'7" and weigh 72kg with 22% body fat, full of energy apart from when I cut my carbs too low as I'm at a pretty serious calorie deficit, just wondering because I'm not exactly a waif you think I could increase to at least 30mg. Only thing that worries me is its from ug lab so maybee could not be proper var? Claire xx England xxx

Ps when I said powerlifter I was asking the girl who goes by powerlifter, or anyone else with good advice, I did not mean I was a powerlifter xxx

Hi Claire...
This original thread hasn't had a comment since 2012, I believe Powerlifter is gone. There are several here who have trained women for competitions and I'm sure they will chime in... You could also send a PM (private Message ) to the moderators called Darkness... or Glycoman I have found both of them to be extremely knowledgeable. you could experiment with the higher dose if you feel its warranted but as this is your first cycle and your only 2 weeks in, I would hesitate to up it until your sure that the current dose isn't providing sides and your body is tolerating it well... |

I thanks aristotal just trying to navigate the site, take a bit of time getting used to xxx yeah think I'll stick at 20 then that should give me for the cycle to last longer too xxxx
