I think I’m doomed then. Lol. JK. Hope I never give up on looking good or trying to improve my physique. It’s the only thing that has kept me clean (at least from hard stuff, lol) and worked. I’m too addicted now to give up the fight!

I have lots of issues too, and like you said, the gym is what keeps me sane and keeps me getting up in the mornings.

I have been absent from the Gym , and from the brothers here at Peak .
I currently am now 46 years old and a Turd , No more towel pics for Darkness and the gang post shower for a short bit - 12 weeks from now I will be good to go again.
I just recently started hitting the weights again and my body is sore as Phuk..
