Tiny lump

This morning afrer my morning shit and shower, I noticed a TINY lump on my ass cheek. Not anywhere near where I inject. It’s low like at the fattest booty part of the cheek, not up in the glute where I inject. Of course now I’m thinking the worst possible scenario like an abscess but it’s relatively close to the surface and doesn’t hurt. It feels like it’s the size of a pea. I’m going to keep feeling it every day.
The only possible thing I can think of is that for a few weeks I was taking glutathione injections but couldn’t do them myself so I had my wife inject for me using a 27g 1 1/4” pin. Glutathione is reconstituted with water so I don’t know how it could be an abscess.
I guess for now I’ll just monitor it
Any ideas??

could be a cyst, fatty tumor or calcium deposit.

I'm guessing lipoma (fat tumor), harmless. If you mess with it every day, it can get inflamed. Painless = good. I have 5 in various areas about the size of a pea to size of kidney bean.

Fatty tumors are harmless unless causing you pain. My doctor always finds them when I get my annual check up. He will ask if there’s any pain associated with any of them & if not just forget about them.

I keep checking it every so often to see if it grows.
It’s definitely under the skin/fat. It’s not like the sebaceous cyst I have on my back. That thing is large and insurance doesn’t cover. $1400 to remove it. I’ll order some lidocaine and inject it around the cyst and have my wife cut into it and squeeze out all the cheese!

No pain is a good sign. More than likely a fatty cyst.

I agree with everyone else. My wife had one removed on her back a couple of tears ago. It's probably fine.
