    Hello.. New here!

Hello, just joined peak- muscle, looking forward to engaging in good conversations about working out and learning new techniques. I have been lifting since 1980’s.. A few years ago I screwed up both shoulders and now need a replacement on the left side. So these days I don’t lift heavy anymore, lots of reps until failure. Looking forward to hearing others who have overcame injuries…

            Welcome to peak!

Recovering from several back surgeries myself. I feel your pain brother.
Heavy lifting is no longer in my repertoire any more either.

Just started training again after a 15 month lay off due to shoulder inkuries. Still not 100, but back at it as you said, light with lits of reps and lots of peak contraction.

Welcome to the board. I don’t lift near as heavy as I use to.
