He starts off by saying if it doesn't have a vacuum seal it's no good. Not true, I've run plenty of good gh that didn't have a vacuum. French's kits didn't always vacuum but tested well for a 95%.
Then he talks about the volatility and sticks the pin in and lets the vacuum pull the water right on top of the gh. He says don't shake it but also, don't squirt the water directly on the gh. I hear what he's saying but being wrong on the first two simple things and then showing no proof of what he's saying, make me not trust what he's saying. Also hearing GH15 makes me turn my head. I have no proof he's wrong or right but I already don't trust what he says. |

I agree with him about taking it IM should increase igf1 more. Interesting about taking it 3 days a week instead of every day and not getting carpel tunnel sides. Think this would be good for muscle growth. I know Jay Cuttler did something similar. But if wanting fat loss you don’t want the hgh to hit faster and lower faster. U want the lipolysis to be extended as long as possible by taking it subQ and every day. U also don’t need as much for fat loss. Only 2ius a day. For muscle growth u need at least 4ius a day imo.

Yeah the whole IM vs subq and ED vs 3x per week was what piqued my curiosity.

He's doing large doses each injection. But even like with 4iu ed I have seen different ideas on dosing. Like 5 days on then two off. Every other day. Pre work out. Post work out. First thing in the morning. Right before you go to bed. I'm not really sure there is a one perfect way for everyone, a cookie cutter formula. My experience is gh post work out, which is early evening for me, seems to work best. But I couldn't say that is best for anyone else.
And I've always been taught never let the water hit the puck. You dribble the water on the side of the vial, slowly so as not to degrade the product. But what do I know. I don't have a YouTube channel. Lol.

As far as 3x per week, I don't have a problem with the ed gh injections. In the end all I'm really looking for is a steady IGF raise anyways. |

Couple of important pointers I can add to the equation on how GH effects me personally as a type 1 diabetic. When and how you take that shot does impact insulin sensitivity thus blood sugar control post injection. This is based on 1.8iu of Serostim GH
1) Gh taken IM indues a higher blood sugar response then does Sub-Q. So it requires more insulin. 2) Gh taken prior to pre-morning fasted cardio does not impact my blood sugar control. 3) Gh taken post workout marginally impacts blood sugars 4) Gh taken pre-workout has the largest negative effect on controlling sugars. And it can change sensitivity for the whole day.. Especially if taken on quad or hamstring dominate days. So the combo of gh taken IM pre-workout will require the most amount of insulin. And adjustments have to be made with a basal insulin. DrX Last edited by DrX; 04-02-2022 at 09:11 AM.. |
