What brand do you suggest? Is Walmart's good enough?
How quickly did you notice the difference in piss breaks and ejaculate?

Saw p extract works best, gel caps. I use 320mgs ed of the extract. You need a lot more of the whole plant capsules.

For whatever reason I respond better to the regular whole plant and berry parts as opposed to the extract.
I tried with two different manufacturers.

I use nature’s bounty 450mg whole herb and it works well. Last year I used so many androgen I wasn’t pissing right and this stuff cleared it right up.
