Training with Achilles Tendonitis

Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Ive been doing the stretching but its starting to have diminishing returns. I'm at the point where I can't squat properly anymore without some wicked pain

IF it gets any worse I'm gonna have to see a specialist.

Yeah man I deal with this shit a lot with my athletes. Search “body tempering” typically a 50lbs x-wife does the trick. Lie face down and put a foam roller under your shins where they meet the top of your foot. Have somebody roll from just under the knee all the way to the bottom of the ankle. As you get two inches from the ankle, point your toes straight out and bring them back in slowly as the roller goes to the bottom of your calf. This will clear that up, also search “the Bob” and get that. Follow the stretches on the Bob and your tendinitis will be gone in 7-10 days.
