My Ol lady ECA help

Fellas, Ladies , And anyone else .....
My Ol lady is lookin to drop a few Lbs , her diet is in check and lined out , She has the Cardio and Weight training lined up and has been doing it religiously .She is looking for an edge per say as we all do and I dont know anything about the ECA stack as I have never used those things before . So I bought her the ECA stack yesturday and I got plenty of it ...So could you all help me with a protocol as far as daily doage etc etc and safe "on"time .

As you all know I am into the Mass BBing lifestyle so when it comes time to help her diet and supps regarding it , Im lost as I eat to gain and grow and she is eating to loose and tone ...Thanks in advance folks
 
ECA 200mgs caffeine 25mgs Eph and 81mgs aspirin
2 times per day should work.
 
How would you schedule the doseing as to avoid any sleep disruption ?
She is up at 5am and on the treadmill at that time. Typically her weight training comes in around 1 pm it is a high rep lighter weight routine

Last dose at or a little before 5 pm.

Just curious here, why the Hi Rep/Lo Weight scheme??
