Thanks Man! Yeah, that heart stuff was really hard to come back from, and I honestly haven't fully recovered yet. Cardio is definitely a higher priority now, but I'm looking forward to pushing the weights harder this summer as well. Thanks again.

Gonna need to follow ya along. Needing some extra motivation since the hip replacement. We're about the same age so seeing you in that condition even after heart issues and looking in the mirror I know I need to get my mind set right. Some guy 30 years younger posting buff pics ain't gonna do it for me. I'm sure you know what I mean. Keeping grinding and posting brother!!
