Lately, ive found that i am soo board of my usual weight lifting routine and cardio sessions.


What does everyone do on the side to keep the dream alive? ;) lol :cool:

Ive been doing my usual yoga and mountain biking. Any other ideas!?
 
Mix up the routine and set a goal, contest etc. I think that it maybe the time of year though, alot of people myself included seem to be feeling the same symptoms as you.
 
errr. I mix up constantly. routine wise, im just freakin tired i think :buttkick: Kick me in my ass! Im wanting to compete, im waiting until my tattoos are lasered all off. Its a long process.
